It’s okay not to have a body like Kylie Jenner

Instagram is an inspiring and wonderful place, full of artistic and beautiful images of the people we want to be, and the destinations we want to see. However, don’t believe everything you see on Instagram – beneath the polished facade is a harsh reality.

Is it real to look like Kylie Jenner? Can anyone look like this (without cosmetic procedures, many expensive treatments, and Photoshop) after giving birth?

Most people share an idealized version of themselves on Instagram, cherry-picking the best images to share with the world. By doing that, they promote unrealistic and unreachable expectations on how the female body should look. Those images lead to feelings of jealousy, unhappiness, and inadequacy.

And some Instagram celebrities, like Kylie Jenner, have taken this concept to the extreme. They bombard Instagram with photoshopped images that are far from reality. However, they sometimes succeed to convince their followers that they look in real life like they look on Instagram and lead them to strive for unrealistic bodies at a cost to their mental health and self-esteem.

It’s high time for you to understand that Instagram is not real life! Start loving your body and stop comparing yourself with photoshopped pictures!

You don’t need the perfect body to get the perfect life

All your insecurities wouldn’t go away once you reached your goal weight. You think you would lead a happy life when your body was attractive enough. You think you would be the carefree person you desired to be once you were finally comfortable with how you looked.

Instead of thinking about these things, you need to start eating healthy and going to the gym to nourish your body. You need to push yourself in the gym to make yourself stronger, not to reach a certain number on the scale. You need to eat food to give you energy, not so you could survive a hard gym session without fainting.

Your priority should be to be happy and comfortable in your skin and appreciate your body. You were not made to be Barbie dolls that always look insanely good! You were made to be human, and you should be allowed to always feel insanely good in your skin!

Even though you have fat rolls in some places, you eat chocolate every day and skip the gym if you don’t feel like going, you can be happy with your body!

And instead of following Kylie Jenner on Instagram, follow Chessie King. She is an Instagram blogger and champion of body-positivity! Chessie wants to help women gain body confidence, by revealing that all those perfect Instagram images are nothing but a lie!

You need to realize that not having the perfect body doesn’t impact your happiness in any way. When you like yourself, the ‘Kylie Jenner’ type of body just seems irrelevant!

Well-being and fitness have nothing to do with being beautiful, slim, or slender. The only reason to lose weight should be your motivation to feel better. And if someone tells you that you don’t look ‘perfect,’ say back what Naomi Wolf has to say –

“She wins who calls herself beautiful and challenges the world to change to truly see her.”

Miley Cyrus opens up about her alcohol addiction

The Disney alum has always been open about her experience with alcohol and drugs. And like many people during the pandemic, she has gone through some ups and downs with substance.

In a recent interview with Apple Music, Miley Cyrus has discussed her journey with sobriety, and she honestly opened up about relapsing.

Miley Cyrus opened up about her alcohol problems, saying she stopped drinking again, mainly because she feared she would die at the age of 27. This age was the end for many of her colleagues such as Amy Winehouse, Janice Joplin, and Jim Morrison.

Apple Music’s Zane Lowe asked the singer about her sobriety. Miley Cyrus clarified that recently during the pandemic she had broken her sobriety by drinking alcohol, but at the time of the interview, she was two weeks sober. She admitted that she fell off during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, she has finally realized that she shouldn’t be furious with herself, but ask herself what exactly happened.

Miley Cyrus completely gave up alcohol

This summer, she said that she did not decide to give up alcohol completely. But the singer has since learned that she is ‘not a moderation person’. She thinks that everyone should do what is best for them. Miley said that she doesn’t have a problem with drinking, but she has a problem with the impulsive decisions she makes once she goes past that level. She says it is not difficult for her to stay away from alcohol, but as soon as she drinks a glass, she loses control.

That is why she decided to eliminate alcohol from her lifestyle. Miley Cyrus added that she is a disciplined person: That is why it is easy for her to be sober once she decides.

Miley was afraid that she will die at the age of 27

In June, after undergoing vocal surgery, Cyrus shared that she had not drunk alcohol for six months due to her surgery.

In time, however, she began to wonder where her unhealthy relationship with alcohol came from. The singer realized that the problems in her family played a big part in this. Her parents were divorced and her father took care of her alone, and in the meantime, he had addiction problems.

However, in the last 2-3 months, Miley drank more but began to fear joining the so-called “Club 27”. This refers to a group of musicians who died before the age of 28. Losing a lot of music icons at the age of 27 made her stop drinking. Miley, who turned 28 on November 23, said that she wanted to protect herself.
