Amazing Pilates YouTube videos you can do in your living room

We know Pilates is not for everyone, but be honest: What other workout makes you want to cry without resistance bands or weights? You are right – NO OTHER WORKOUT.

We suggest the best Pilates YouTube videos you can do in your living room. They are free, and will leave you feeling bendy and strong!

Whether you are new to Pilates and want something different to do, or you are a professional who lives and breathes Pilates, these amazing YouTube videos will meet your expectations.

A total body workout

With this video, you get 25 minutes toning your butt, abs, and arms. Well, that is certainly a time well spent. Oh, and after the video, you can just hop onto your Zoom meeting right after without looking like you exercised. No sweating here!

Help for your back

Are you struggling with lower back pains? Well, we have a solution for you. This video from Katie will help you with your back. You are in for 15 minutes of core work and her soothing voice.

Core and cardio workout

Even the warm-up in this PopSugar Fitness video is hot! The Pilates guru, Lisa Corsello, incorporates cardio moves like mountain-climbing and three- to five-pound dumbbells to increase the burn. You don’t have to worry though – Lisa demonstrates easier modifications for every move. However, feel free to just roll over and take a nap on the mat when you are done.

Get sweaty

For this 35-minute workout, you will need zero equipment. Just to prepare you – it includes a warm-up and post-workout stretch. And don’t let the basic white background fool you. Kelli’s series of lower-body moves does not have much rest time, so you are sure to get wet.

Pretend you are on vacation

Once you get past the shots of trainers doing yoga on the beach, you will get to an amazing workout. Inserted between a 5-minute cardio warm-up and 10-minute yoga, this 30-minute Pilates workout will hit your core hard and test your balance. And good luck doing those reverse table-top crunches. Also, we appreciate the words of encouragement of the instructor Lindsay.

Get that sexy butt

Who knew a Pilates staple (a squishy mini ball) could be a game-changer! The staple is used to add resistance to moves and takes Pilates to another level! Our thighs are sore just watching the beginning of this video. Be prepared to do a lot of kick-backs, mini-ball hip thrusts, and booty-squeezing. Those 15 minutes will be the longest ones in your life. And don’t get mad at us if you cannot walk tomorrow.

Stability ball

This 30-minute video is for those who have a stability ball lying around. Prepare to work hard to not fall during this workout. Everything from your legs to your abs will be extra sore.
Off-topic: Kristi, we love your leggings, girl!

For those sitting all-day

This Pilates routine will save you if you spend your day sitting. It focuses on building core strength with moves as planks and hollow-holds to get your posture right. And you will get to stretch your hip muscles that get tight from sitting. The Pilates instructor, Sarah, recommends trying it daily for 6 weeks. Okay, to be honest, her soothing voice might be the reason you actually do that.

Miley Cyrus opens up about her alcohol addiction

The Disney alum has always been open about her experience with alcohol and drugs. And like many people during the pandemic, she has gone through some ups and downs with substance.

In a recent interview with Apple Music, Miley Cyrus has discussed her journey with sobriety, and she honestly opened up about relapsing.

Miley Cyrus opened up about her alcohol problems, saying she stopped drinking again, mainly because she feared she would die at the age of 27. This age was the end for many of her colleagues such as Amy Winehouse, Janice Joplin, and Jim Morrison.

Apple Music’s Zane Lowe asked the singer about her sobriety. Miley Cyrus clarified that recently during the pandemic she had broken her sobriety by drinking alcohol, but at the time of the interview, she was two weeks sober. She admitted that she fell off during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, she has finally realized that she shouldn’t be furious with herself, but ask herself what exactly happened.

Miley Cyrus completely gave up alcohol

This summer, she said that she did not decide to give up alcohol completely. But the singer has since learned that she is ‘not a moderation person’. She thinks that everyone should do what is best for them. Miley said that she doesn’t have a problem with drinking, but she has a problem with the impulsive decisions she makes once she goes past that level. She says it is not difficult for her to stay away from alcohol, but as soon as she drinks a glass, she loses control.

That is why she decided to eliminate alcohol from her lifestyle. Miley Cyrus added that she is a disciplined person: That is why it is easy for her to be sober once she decides.

Miley was afraid that she will die at the age of 27

In June, after undergoing vocal surgery, Cyrus shared that she had not drunk alcohol for six months due to her surgery.

In time, however, she began to wonder where her unhealthy relationship with alcohol came from. The singer realized that the problems in her family played a big part in this. Her parents were divorced and her father took care of her alone, and in the meantime, he had addiction problems.

However, in the last 2-3 months, Miley drank more but began to fear joining the so-called “Club 27”. This refers to a group of musicians who died before the age of 28. Losing a lot of music icons at the age of 27 made her stop drinking. Miley, who turned 28 on November 23, said that she wanted to protect herself.
